These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 21 winbd ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of 21 winbd's services ("you", "user", "member").
By accessing 21winbd.ws, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our platform.
These terms and conditions were written in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the English version shall prevail.

2Account Registration
To use 21 winbd's services, you must create a personal account. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.
- Only one account per person is permitted.

3Age & Eligibility
21 winbd is strictly an 18+ platform. No person under the age of 18 may create an account, place bets, or use any services on 21 winbd.
- By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
- A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for age verification.
- If an account is found to belong to an underage individual, it will be closed along with any balance.
- It is your responsibility to ensure your use of 21 winbd complies with the local laws in your area.
Keep minors away from gaming. If anyone else in your household uses your device, log out of your account and keep your password secure.
4Deposits & Payments
21 winbd offers convenient deposit options for Bangladeshi users via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfers are also supported.
- Minimum deposit: BDT 50 (may vary by payment method).
- Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.

5Withdrawal Policy
Your account must be verified (KYC completed) before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals will be held until verification is complete.
- Minimum withdrawal: BDT 200.
- Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Additional verification may be required for large withdrawals.
21 winbd reserves the right to freeze withdrawals and conduct an investigation if fraud or money laundering is suspected. Law enforcement may be assisted in such cases.
6Bonuses & Promotions

- The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit once.
- Bonus balances must meet a specified wagering requirement (typically 10x–30x) before withdrawal.
- Any unused bonus balance will be forfeited once the bonus expires.
- Bonus abuse or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- 21 winbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
Bonus hunting — creating accounts solely to claim bonuses — is strictly prohibited. Such accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
7Betting Rules
The following rules apply when betting at 21 winbd. Additional specific rules may apply for individual sports categories.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- The odds set before an event begins are final. Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided.
- If a match is abandoned or suspended, bets will be settled in accordance with 21 winbd's established rules.
- Some bets in live betting may be voided due to network delays.
- Maximum bet amounts are determined by sport, event, and membership tier.
21 winbd determines betting outcomes impartially. If you dispute any result, you must contact support within 72 hours.
8Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 21 winbd and will result in permanent account closure:
- Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
- Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
- Betting based on match fixing or insider information.
- Attempting to interfere with or compromise the platform's security systems.
- Harassing other members or making false complaints.
- Creating an account under a false identity or providing inaccurate information.
21 winbd reserves the right not only to close accounts but also to take legal action against anyone found engaging in prohibited activities.
9Account Closure & Suspension
21 winbd may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of the Terms and Conditions.
- If evidence of fraud or dishonest activity is found.
- Being identified as an underage member.
- Failure to complete KYC verification.
- Extended periods of inactivity (typically 12 months).
You can request account closure at any time through our support team. Any valid balance will be returned after verification.
10Privacy & Data Protection

13Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises with 21 winbd, please first attempt to resolve it through our customer support.
- Complaint deadline: within 72 hours of the incident.
- If an initial resolution is not reached, the matter will be reviewed by our dispute resolution team.
- International arbitration may be sought against a final decision.
- In disputes over bet outcomes, the records of the relevant sports authority shall be considered final.
14Right to Amend Terms
21 winbd reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or an on-site notice.
- Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
- For significant changes, at least 7 days' notice will be given in advance.
